Colors of Joy is an exclusive set of programs designed for today’s children and teens where series of residential programs along with adventure camps and community volunteering activities are planned. The programs held at The Art of Living International Center are typically during the vacation time for children which allows them to make use of the quality vacation time in experiencing the joy and happiness in true sense.

The Colors of Joy programs exposes children and teens to an environment where they learn to become more self responsible about themselves, become more sensitive towards people around them, kindles sense of belonging and overcome negative emotions in various fun-filled ways. While these are some of the commonly found differences parents and participants report after the program, the colors of joy program in the serene and sattvic environment at The Art of Living International Center give children and teens a chance to relax, fine-tune their thought process to explore their true potentials and get a broader perspective about life at a very tender age.

Whether for an educator or a parent, Colors of Joy program at the Art of Living International Center is the best way to introduce children and teens to nurture human values, inculcate self-responsibility, discipline and develop their personality to be healthy and well-rounded.

Eligibility

  • Prajna Yoga (Juniors): Only for children between 5+  to 8 years of age group.
  • Prajna Yoga (Seniors): Only for children between 8+ to 18 years of age group.
  • Utkarsha Yoga: Only for children between 8+ to 13 years of age group.
  • Medha Yoga Level – 1: Only for Teens between 13+ to 18 years of age group.
  • Medha Yoga Level – 2: Only for Teens who have completed Medha Yoga Level – 1.
  • Develop and nurture self-esteem
  • Develop abilities to work with teams, cooperation and other important life skills
  • Overcome daily stress, feel free and light from within.

Prajñā Yoga is based on ancient yogic techniques and incorporates various exercises along with meditation. The Intuition Process helps tap into the intuitive abilities of the mind through ‘ancient methods’, simple yet ‘profound meditation’ and ‘relaxation techniques’. This ability tunes them to perceive things beyond senses and intellect. In this program, children are introduced to:

  • Yogic techniques to help relax the mind and increase focus.
  • Guided meditation and relaxation techniques.
  • Activities such as blindfold colour identification, reading, and games, which help participants to access and use their intuitive abilities.
