Prajna Yoga

For Juniors: 5 to 8 years
For Seniors: 8+ to 18 years

Based on ancient yogic techniques, Prajna yoga, helps to tap into the ‘sixth sense’ and sparks the flow of creation, innovation and intuition. These simple yet extraordinary techniques, help tune participants to perceive things, beyond senses and intellect, which enables them to  develop their awareness and foresight. Blindfolded activities such as color identification, reading, sports and special games help them to access, use and hone their intuitive abilities and connect with the untapped potential of their own mind.

In this program, children are introduced to:

  • Yogic techniques to help relax the mind and increase focus.
  • Guided meditation and relaxation techniques.
  • Activities such as blindfold colour identification, reading, and games, which help participants to access and use their intuitive abilities.

Utkarsha Yoga

For 8+ to 13 years

Dedicated to reviving human values among children, simple yet powerful exercises and games, encouraging creativity and learning, this program connects with them in a fun and light atmosphere and teaches them life skills, food awareness, bonding and belongingness. Children learn Sudarshan Kriya which helps channelize their emotions and energy among various other benefits.

Level 1: For 13+ to 18 years
Level 2: Should have completed Medha Yoga Level-1

Empowering teens with essential skills to succeed in life, Medha yoga connects with teens in an effortless, engaging and playful way to help them overcome peer pressure, negative emotions. fear and anxiety. This program is specially designed to inculcate teens with tools to improve their self-esteem, academic performance, teamwork and leadership skills,  develop better cognition and increase their focus and concentration.
