Service opportunity (Scope of work):

  • 1. Design Visual Content: Create engaging and visually appealing graphics for social media platforms, websites, event promotions, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
  • 2. Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the Art of Living’s brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive look and feel across all media.

  • 4. Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with leads, fostering a sense of trust and alignment with the mission of the Art of Living.
  • 5.CRM Management: Accurately record and manage leads, follow-ups, and participant feedback in a CRM system to ensure smooth tracking and reporting.
  • 6. Collaboration: Work closely with program coordinators, instructors, and other teams to ensure participants have a seamless and enriching experience.

VISITOR ENGAGEMENT MANAGER

Service opportunity (Scope of work):

  • 1. Building strategies to ensure maximum participation of the visitors in meditation sessions. 
    2. Orienting the volunteers to ensure they have role clarity and understand the deliverables. 
    3. Supervision of volunteers involved in the process.
    4. Coordinating with AOL Teachers + VTP graduates for scheduling Introductory talks at Ashram.
    5. Ensuring timely execution of the scheduled talks keeping the quality intact.
    6. Taking Introductory talks wherever required.
    7. Ensuring timely handover of the leads generated to the calling vertical.
