Medha Yoga Level – 2 is a graduate program for teens who have completed Medha Yoga Level – 1 Program. The Level – 2 program enable teens to deep dive within, look into and beyond self. The program helps in understanding and conquering mental constraints, whether it is about relationships, family, habits, addictions, academics or anything else.
The processes, breathing techniques, meditations and tasks give teens a chance to experience the joy of service, the freedom of silence and the intellectual sharpness that comes from meditation

- Eligibility: Must be a Medha Yoga Level 1 graduate
- Age group: 13+ to 18 years, graduates of YES course
- Course duration: 4 days
- Time per day: 6 hours/ residential

How does Sahaj Samadhi Meditation work?
Sahaj Samadhi Meditation program takes place over three days where the participant is taught a technique to use a personalized mantra – simple sound mentally which allows the mind to settle down and go within.
When the mind and nervous system are allowed to repose a few moments in the profound silence, the blocks that clog the system and our progress gradually dissolve.
